Overview
YG-Tech values practical software and clear privacy expectations. This policy explains how information is handled by the YG-Tech website and by Invoice Studio for Android and Windows.
Invoice Studio data
Invoice Studio is designed to work primarily with data stored on the user's device. Business profiles, customers, invoices, line items, payment status, and similar records are used to provide the app's invoicing features.
YG-Tech does not require an Invoice Studio account for the current version and does not operate a cloud database that receives your invoice or customer records as part of normal app use.
Receipt scanning
The Android version can scan or import receipts and use text-recognition components to help identify useful receipt text. Recognition results should be reviewed before being added to an invoice. The app may rely on Android/Google components installed on the device to provide document scanning and text-recognition functionality.
Files you export or share
When you create PDF or CSV files, print an invoice, or use Android's Share feature, you choose where those files go. Once a file is shared with another app, cloud provider, email service, or recipient, that destination's privacy practices apply.
Website contact form
If you use the contact form on ygtech.dev, you voluntarily provide information such as your name, email address, contact reason, and message. The website uses Formspree to process contact-form submissions. You may also contact YG-Tech directly by email instead of using the form.
Website logs and third-party services
The website is hosted using third-party infrastructure and may be subject to ordinary server, security, or network logs created by the hosting and delivery providers. Links to GitHub, Google Play, and other external services are governed by those services' own privacy policies.
Data retention and deletion
Because current Invoice Studio records are primarily stored locally, you control those records through the app and your device. Removing app data or uninstalling the application may remove locally stored information. Export important documents before deleting app data or uninstalling.
Children
Invoice Studio is a business/productivity application and is not designed specifically for children.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when YG-Tech features, services, or distribution methods change. The revision date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
